Even after the best efforts of the Luftwaffe, Exeter remains a beautiful city with rolling hills many trees and historic buildings. The city has a vibrant social life with many pubs, clubs and bars. There are also more intellectually stimulating things to do for the mature/dull people out there!

This is a beautiful little city, with loads of history (the cathedral and Exeter tunnels), loads of character and great surrounding countryside. 20 minutes and you are on the beach or on the moors. There are lots of opportunities for shopping with all the major stores, plus some independent stores down the cobbled side streets. There are a wide variety of pubs clubs and restaurants for entertainment in the evenings. Exeter house prices have risen dramatically in the past few years, and it′s no surprise.

Best Point:
Compared to most cities there is a very friendly atmosphere

Worst Point:
The university is a major feature of the town, and the students can be troublesome (if your not one!)
